What size nails or screws would you suggest using for nailing/screwing the risers if I'm using 1/2" plywood for the stair risers?
Use 1 1/2" finish nails and glue for the face of the riser to the stringer and use #6x1 1/2" screws and glue from the back of the riser to help support the tread.
