VisitorsVisitors can purchase plans by clicking on the "Add to cart" button and then clicking on the green "Buy now" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. You will be taken to a secure form to enter your payment information. If for any reason you want to return to DaveOsborne.com, simply close the payment window or click on its Cancel button. Once you have filled out all the information in the payment form, then click on the "Purchase" button at the bottom of the form. No information is sent until the "Purchase" button is clicked, so you can close this window at any time with no liability to you. It's not necessary to add your shipping address if you are buying plans. That's because the plans are not shipped to you. Once you have finished paying for them you can immediately download the plans to your own computer. Note: You do have to download the plans yourself. They are not automatically sent to you. (See next.) How to Download Your PlansAfter you have clicked the "Purchase" button at the bottom of the checkout window, you will see a new page that lists the plans or instructions you purchased by name. You MUST click on each plan you bought to download it. When you click on a plan you will see a small grey window asking if you want to "Open" the file or "Save" it. Select "Save" it. You will then be asked where on your computer you want to save the file (the plans you just purchased). Choose a place on your computer (not the desktop) that you will be able to find later (one you'll remember). It's advisable that you create a folder called "Downloads" or something similar where your plans can be stored without getting mixed up with other files and perhaps lost. Once you have decided where the file will be saved, click on the "Save" button. This starts the actual download process, so the plans are sent across the Internet from DaveOsborne.com to your computer. If you purchased more than one set of plans, you MUST repeat this procedure with each of the plans you purchased (which are listed under "You Have Bought The Following Plans"). Re-DownloadingYou can always re-download any plans you have purchased from DaveOsborne.com in case you lost them, forgot where you saved them, your computer crashed, etc.
To do this, just go to Downloads and you will see "(Redownload if needed)" next to any plans you purchased. Click on "(Redownload if needed)" to re-download the plans you lost. If you do not see the link "(Redownload if needed)", then go up to the top of the page just below the page title and click on "Help on redownloading...". Enter your e-mail address in the space provided and click on the "Enter e-mail" button. This should take you back to the Downloads page where you should now see the "(Redownload if needed)" link to the right of the plans you purchased. Dan |
