How to Cancel a PayPal Subscription

This procedure is not difficult, but it is detailed so I recommend you print off these instructions.

To cancel your PayPal subscription you need to go to the PayPal site at https://www.paypal.com/.

When you arrive at the PayPal site you need to login to your PayPal account. Your username is your email address.

The official name of DaveOsborne.com's company is DDFM Enterprises. "DDFM" is the first letter of Dave, Dan, Frances (Dave's wife) and Marillyn (Dan's wife).

Once you are at your account page, you find "Subscription Creation To DDFM Enterprises" as shown in this picture:

Click on Details and then press the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the new page, then again on the page following.

If you don't see "Subscription Creation To DDFM Enterprises", then click on History as shown in the picture below.

This will produce a page that has the following near the top of the page:

In the first date area change the date to some time before you registered your membership and the second date to after the first one then click the Show button. This will give you a page where you will find "Subscription Creation To DDFM Enterprises" as shown in this picture:

If the listing is large you can do a search for our email address: service@daveosborne.com

Click on Details and then press the Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the new page (see diagram below), then again on the page that follows.

You follow this same procedure for any subscription service you are paying for through PayPal (except the name of the service you're subscribing to will be different than "DDFM Enterprises").
